Please read through all the information before submitting this form.

  • Orders are subject to availability.

  • Forms should be submitted at least one week before the items are needed.

  • While filling this form, please add as many details as possible for the items that you would like to order.

  • I will contact you within 1 - 2 days after receiving this form (this might vary during weekends or holidays).

  • An order is not confirmed until we have talked about colors, details and designs. You will receive a first email for you to accept the quote and design.

  • Payment is due within 24 hours after receiving email with your order details, and the design is accepted.

  • An order is not confirmed until a payment is made. After FULL payment you will receive a confirmation email.

  • Once confirmation email has been sent, changes are not allowed.

  • Orders that are cancelled up to 2 weeks prior to pick up may be eligible for a partial refund (half payment).

  • If an order is cancelled by us, you will be refunded fully.

  • Regular pick up will be at the Botanical Gardens at Fayetteville (Crossover Av.) .

  • If delivery is required, we will apply an extra fee.
