Orders are subject to availability.

Forms should be submitted at least two weeks before the items are needed.

While filling this form, please add as many details as possible for the items that you would like to order.

I will contact you within 1 - 2 days after receiving this form (this might vary during weekends or holidays).

An order is not confirmed until we have talked about colors, details and designs. You will receive a first email for you to accept the quote and design.

Payment is due within 24 hours after receiving email with your order details, and the design is accepted.

An order is not confirmed until a payment is made. After FULL payment you will receive a confirmation email.

Once confirmation email has been sent, changes are not allowed.

Orders that are cancelled up to 2 weeks prior to pick up may be eligible for a partial refund (half payment).

If an order is cancelled by us, you will be refunded fully.

Regular pick up will be at the Botanical Gardens at Fayetteville (Crossover Av.) .

If delivery is required, we will apply an extra fee.
